  • Won unanimous defense verdict on behalf of major health care institution in case involving sudden death of a patient following routine prostate cancer surgery
  • Won jury verdict for major health care institution in a medical malpractice case involving brain damage allegedly caused by trauma during an x-ray procedure
  • Won jury verdict for major health care institution in a premises liability case of alleged toxic exposure
  • Obtained dismissals of Texas Medical Board investigations on behalf of physicians in virtually every area of medicine and surgery
